2010

WTS is founded providing onsite support and engineering services for customers in computing segment.

 

WTS is certified in IPC-7711

2011

WTS acquires and equips a 4300 sq-ft warehouse with FA and repair area.

 

WTS is awarded as Lenovo de Mexico for supplier warranty management and recovery projects.

 

WTS is qualified as IC subassembly provider by Lenovo Monterrey plant.

2012

WTS launches human resources services for Lenovo de Mexico call center in Monterrey, supporting with technical assistance personnel.

 

WTS is awarded OSS projects at Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.

2013

Number of employees working for WTS reach 50.

 

WTS opens offices at Guadalajara and Saltillo Mexico for on site and rework support.
